A number of sites are reporting the official news now: the voice of the Autobot leader in the upcoming Transformers live action movie is none other than Peter Cullen.  The original voice from the 1980′s cartoons is back, and with an impressive resume such as K.A.R.R., Eeyore, and Captain Crabnasty, how can you go wrong?

They also confirmed that Optimus Prime would not be a firetruck or some sort of hybrid, but that he will be a big semi, and will be 32 feet tall in robot mode.
